Positive Change is a grassroots UK registered charity (1210631) whose aim is dedicated to relieving social isolation and loneliness among adults.
Additionally, our efforts are also focused on environmental protection by organising community clean-ups in public spaces, promoting litter collection, recycling, and waste reduction. Through these initiatives, we aim to foster both individual wellbeing and community pride.
We acknowledge that our website is currently quite basic. At Positive Change, our priority is to deliver impactful services to our community before making significant investments in our online presence. We are actively working to enhance our website and will be adding more details about our organisation and services in the near future.
