About Sahib
Sahib is the CEO and founder of Positive Change. Sahib is responsible for managing the organisation’s daily operations and driving Positive Change’s long-term growth.
Sahib has nearly 20 years of experience in the charity sector and is deeply passionate about the transformative impact charitable organisations have on communities. Before joining Positive Change, he served as Director of Operations and Business Development at Nanak Naam, a charity registered in both the UK and the US. Prior to that, Sahib was the Chief Executive Officer at Middlesex Association for the Blind, a UK registered charity supporting blind and partially sighted individuals across nine London boroughs. During his tenure, Sahib oversaw a wide range of services and secured significant grant funding, enabling the charity to expand its outreach and better support vulnerable communities. Sahib’s extensive experience in the third sector has enabled Positive Change to develop sustainably and professionally, while remaining firmly rooted in its mission to support individuals facing isolation, hardship, and food insecurity within the London Borough of Hounslow.
